Key Responsibilities :

 

  • Provide inputs to a new GO in the region on setting up their process & systems (licensing, contracting etc.) Standardization of processes and MIS /report flows in all GO's Share best practices with all Agency Coordinator's in the region

 

  • Track exceptions relating to agent approvals, apps processing ,apps < Rs 2500 IFYP Analyze such exceptions and escalate to RM Close the loop on such exceptions

 

  • Provide timely response to customer requests Maintain key contact database/respond to phone calls/visitors /messages Plan, organise and prioritize daily/weekly work schedule Provide business support for conferences and travel Maintain adequate filing system for the Office Support, RM in tracking performance of his direct reports Assist RM in preparing documents and presentations

 

  • Management of Project Follow -up on Zone Level Initiatives

 

  • Assist in publicity of promotions rolled out from the HO Management of the agent merchandising process in the zone Liaise with Agency Sales Promotions for all requirements Administrative help for local promotions (expense tracking and settlement)

 

  • Follow up with Agency Coordinators on creation of leads and their closing

 

  • Collate MIS from all GO's & produce timely reports Track and follow up responses / reports from Agency Coordinators/GO's in the zone Publish the Monthly Report, Agent Promotion Feedback Report, Leaders Report, Competition MIS, Agency scorecard for the zone

 

  • Gate keep expense approval documents Optimize use of office resources including stationery Cost management plan tracking

 

Measure of Success :

 

  • Supervisor feedback. New GO feedback. No. of best practices implemented across GO's
  • Adherence to timelines Response time Supervisor. Participant Feedback
  • Team Feedback
  • Promotions rolled out in time. No expense outstanding for long

 

 

 

Desired qualifications and experience:

Graduate (Any Stream)

 4yrs of total experience

ELIGIBILITY

  • FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed atleast 12 months in the current role  & have a minimum performance rating of G3V3.   

 

Knowledge and skills required :

Excellent computer skills (Specially Excel & PowerPoint)
