Job Summary:
- lead Agency Associate & Agency Manager business in the zone.
- Responsible for execution of the strategy in the zone.

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
- AAP/AM Channel: -

- Responsibility of over-achieving revenue and growth targets
- Responsibility of P & L for Agency Associate and Agency Manager channel
- Build AAP & AM channel in New offices of MLI: Set up AAP / AM Distribution channel in these set of offices.
- Drive MDRT & Councils in the Channel
- Design & Implement Training and Development programs for Employees, Channel Partners & Advisors
- Region Wise – URN & Code Plan achievement

Measures of Success:
- Achieve MDRT & Council Targets of AAP & AM Channel
- Achieve AAP/AM Recruitment and top line and growth numbers are per the Goals.
- Over-achievement of Revenue Plans & Key business vectors
- Buildup of AAP & Agency Manager business across Offices
- URN to Coding efficiency – Region wise
Key Relationships (Internal / External):
- OH, RM, ZVP
- Agency enablement team
- UDAY program team
