Managing a team of Affluent Relationship managers mapped with Axis Bank RM’s . Role Modelling by self sourcing business .with a set of RM’s .Formulating strategic plans to drive the affluent /NRI segment business in coordination with Axis Bank City Head. Leveraging and Implementing business directions in line with organizational objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Will be responsible for meeting sales target through Bank’s Affluent & NRI Managers
Relationship Management with the Axis City Head & Burgundy/NRI team. Drive the sales through HNI customers and premium segment.
·Overseeing complete affluent business operations for City/State, forecasting monthly/ annual business targets, & executing them in a given time frame.
·Responsible for assigning the targets and organizing joint monthly PRP with the DRs and thereby ensuring skip level review. Recruit, train and Supervise executives to achieve the agreed business targets and insurance sales in the defined geography and building a progressive partnership with the bank
·Periodic and Daily updates in alignment with channel partner, ensuring business Plan is achieved, driving the affluent managers , ensuring activation and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the vectors.
·Driving the People agenda by leading the team and ensuring higher engagement of the key talents of the City/State, ensuring minimum compliance issues and retain talents.
·Implement the BOLD system and ensure that the system requirements are met in order to ensure that the relationship is productive and mutually beneficial and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
·Deploy and monitor implementation specifically Bank staff contests/R&R in order to accelerate revenue generation with the Channel.
