JOB SUMMARY: Create a distribution of top financial distributors for respective Zone, Region & offices on the concept of EIM & help them build an elite team of financial distributors which uplifts the performance of the Zone, Region & Offices of Max life.
Should be the ‘go-to’ person for the leadership present in the field and help them on hiring, engagement & process related queries and other support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key differentiator: Right attitude - Passion to make a difference. - Passion to be the trailblazer. Measures of Success:
-Increase in the distribution size of EIM -Deliver the plan approx. 200 cr - We are looking 50% growth on EIM hiring -Satisfactory & timely resolution of query received from field. -Ensure quality of business & Hiring -Ensure success of the initiative across all the zones.
Key competencies/skills required

Desired qualification and experience: Post Graduation & More than 7 years of life insurance experience & have a successful track record in the industry or organization. |
