JOB SUMMARY: Create a distribution of top financial distributors for respective Zone, Region & offices on the concept of EIM & help them build an elite team of financial distributors which uplifts the performance of the Zone, Region & Offices of Max life.

 

Should be the ‘go-to’ person for the leadership present in the field and help them on hiring, engagement & process related queries and other support.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Drive hiring of EIM/ FBA / EBA in the field
  • Enable the field on how to grow the business by building a team of financial distributors i.e. top advisor of other insurance companies, MF distributors & Practicing CA.
  • Drive Training Agenda for these top distributors
  • Take care of their engagement agenda
  • Manage zone resources who are responsible for above mentioned activities in the respective zone. Provide Sales training, technical support on sales concept like Business Insurance, NRI etc.
  • Enable LPC team to drive EIM/FBA/ EBA agenda at the office, region and zone level.
  • Ensure strong backend support subject to all the service related requirements of the EIM/FBA/EBA hired in the organization.
  • Collaboration with HR, Finance, Underwriting & DSDO for smooth onboarding process, logins of business with underwriting support & payout of the business done by these EIM/AAIM
  • Drive desired product mix with the help of the on boarded distributors

Measures of Success:

 

-Increase in the distribution size of EIM

-Deliver the plan approx. 200 cr

- We are looking 50% growth on EIM hiring

-Satisfactory & timely resolution of query received from field.

-Ensure quality of business & Hiring

-Ensure success of the initiative across all the zones.

 

Key competencies/skills required

  • Good people management experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Has good analytical skills
  • Ready to take challenges & open to participate in organization drives.

 

 

 

 

Desired qualification and experience: Post Graduation & More than 7 years of life insurance experience & have a successful track record in the industry or organization.
