Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maximize Applied to paid to meet business plan
  • Mapp Hub Hold Cases resolution within TAT
  • Mapp NFTR % Reduction
  • MIS and Reports
  • Follow-up  for GO Actionable resolution by FOS
  • Booking & Tracking of  Medical reports
  • Customer complaint resolution within TAT
  • Maximize collections in (90-180D)
  • Ensure NC cracking through field
  • ECS Traction
  • ISMS / Welcome Call
  • Dissemination of collections, complaint and met appointment

data to the field and follow up.

 

 

 

Measure of Success:

 

  • Timely & Accurate MIS
  • Successful tracking on new business parameters (P2A, FTR, Business Leakage, GO Actionable TAT & 13th / 25th Month persistency
  •  POS Discrepancy Rate & resolution TAT
  • Timely WIP Movement to timely business processing
  • Complaint Resolution TAT
  • Audit Rating
  • ECS Registration & ECS Rejection

 

 

 

                                                  

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Should be a graduate, preferably with a professional qualification.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-3 years experience

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY
  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role
  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current
  • FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed at least 12 months in the current role  & have a minimum performance rating of G3M3.   

Knowledge and skills required:

 

  • Experience of managing operations and/or customer service preferably in banking, telecom or MNC service companies.
  • Good communication skills.
