KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Renewal Premium Collection for Persistency improvement through payment.
  • Developing & deploying strategy for persistency & renewal premium collection
  • Developing & deploying technology for enhance of persistency & renewal premium
    • Analyzing the data to interpret meaningful conclusions to help suggest the next course of action;
    • Creation and deployment of need based customer/distribution communication
    • Liaison with Finance/Ops/Compliance to seek/provide necessary support;
    • Ensure necessary trainings to the teams to drive the process  
  • Ensure adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls 
  • Timely processes walk through to be conducted to establish process gaps if any and take necessary steps
  • Assessment of Risk & Mitigation plan.
  • Audit and compliance management for the function

 

  • Developing & deploying strategy to increase NEFT penetration & launch of market relevant payment paltforms.
  • Deploying need based customer/distribution communication;
  • Availability of online options to customer for NEFT registration;
  • Ensuring compliance to the applicable regulation;
  • Ensuring regular review and governance mechanism with key stakeholders.
 Measure of Success:

Driving Renewal Transformation

Key owner of all end to end projects – including Applications like Ingenium, MMMA, CCMS, Dolphin, M-Pro

Manage Prioritization

 

 

Key competencies/skills required

  • Result-oriented
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadline
  • Attention to detail & Process Oriented
  • Good command on Excel/PPT
  • Ability to analyze complex data
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional environment

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Should be a graduate, preferably with a professional qualification.
  • Must have a minimum of 15 years’ of overall experience. Relevant experience of handling digital projects handling
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance products are preferred.

FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT,

  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G2V2 & have completed 12 months in the current role
  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G3V3 & have completed 18 months in the current role

 

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Experience of working in operations and customer service preferably in Banking, Telecom or Financial service companies
  • Strong understanding of financial services ecosystem and payments is must
  • Customer centricity & Servicing attitude
  • Exposure to quality tools and processes
  • Good communication skills & Strong Customer Focus
