Key Responsibilities:

 

 

Building Management HO: (Weightage 25%)

 

  • Ensure upkeep of building wrt hygiene, critical equipment’s and Infra.
  • Proactively arrangements of the event and publishing checklist accordingly.
  • Manpower and stock availability.
  • Coordination & Liasioning with Building Team for building related issues.
  • Parking and Valet Team management.
  • Handling Internal and External Audits.
  • R&M related work and infrastructure changes.
  • Occupancy Management (DLF SQ) and (SH).

 

 

 

 

 

Employee health and Safety: (Weightage 10%)

 

  • Training module and mailers to be prepared based on emergency situations.
  • ESG initiative on reduction of CO2 emissions.
  • Cafeteria Management
  • MIS & Budgeting

 

 

 

 

Pan India Pantry Management: (Weightage 20%)

 

  • Timely delivery of the material.
  • Streamlining the existing process
  • Clearance of all outstanding & collection of NDC

Pan India HK and Security Management and Pan India (Weightage 45%)

 

 

 

  • Monthly Pest control of Branch offices- Scheduling, MIS, Reports, Efficacy improvement.
  • Ticket Management for the patch –Clearance of all outstanding & collection of NDC.
  • Process improvement and Automation updates
