Assistant Manager - Project Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Drive the end-to-end onboarding and activation of new Group Credit Life (GCL) partners—including NBFCs, Banks, FinTechs, and other lending institutions.

 

  • Coordinating cross-functional activities, managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory and operational readiness, and achieving timely, error-free go-live.

 

  • External stakeholder Management
    • Single point of contact for the Project Management Team for New Partner onboarding.
    • Resolve queries pertaining to processes within the stipulated time
    • Follow up on completion of Documentation for Commercials, Agreements & other compliance related documents etc.
    • Align on COI distribution standards, SFTP folder access, issuance modalities, and SLAs.

 

  • Internal stakeholder management
    • Coordinate and align deliverables across Operations, Technology, Product, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, Risk, and Finance functions.
    • Document and distribute meeting minutes, action trackers, dependency logs, and risk registers.
    • Ensure alignment of policy, underwriting guidelines, and data/IT controls with regulatory requirements
    • Enable Ops readiness through SOPs, capability building, and BAU transition
    • Drive and implement new initiatives by working closely with the Channel Head
    • Liaise with Compliance, Audit, Legal, Operations, Finance, MIS, Marketing, Actuaries and other functions for timely resolution of queries and issues
    • Support in preparation of Mgt/Field presentations

  • Consistency, Accuracy & TAT adherence as per the activity
  • Work as per Projects and initiative timelines
  • Process improvements
  • Quality of Reports conceptualized under Performance framework

 

 

 

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

 

  • 1-2 years of total experience
  • MBA / Graduate
  • Excellent Verbal and articulation skills
  • Understanding of IT tools/automation techniques
