JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will be responsible for executing the automation reports of persistency and renewals related items along with strategy. It also requires the know how related to renewals.

 

Key Actionable

 

  • Execute the strategy for renewals and persistency
  • Analyzing data to identify the problem and impact of implemented solutions.
  • Responsible for highlighting Early warning indicators through NB dashboarding.
  • Collaborate with various stake holders like IT/BPMA to ensure timely delivery of and completion of various initiatives
  • Execute initiatives and collaborate to empower various interdepartmental teams like IT, BPMA and within department
  • Work closely on reports automation and digitization agenda
  • Evaluate existing processes and work on gaps by cross functional collaboration.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams for various initiatives for timely tracking and closure

Measures of Success

  • On Schedule delivery all requirements
  • Contribution in implementing various initiatives and their output tracking.
  • Creation of various cuts and deep dive analysis

Key competencies/skills required

  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the renewals and persistency area. Understanding of systems, processes and functions is an added
  • Interpreting, analyzing data using statistical tools & techniques
  • Should have a skillset of handling huge database and understanding of python, SQL and MS-Access is a must.
  • Good PR skills and able to get the work done from other depts.
  • Growth mindset and self-motivated
