  • Formulate incentive schemes, recognition programs, and compensation adjustments aligned with AOP targets and individual contributions.
  • Recommend employee bonus allocations and non-monetary rewards to drive high performance and retention.

 

Market Intelligence

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
