Employee Performance Rewards Design
- Design performance-based reward structures for channel employees and planning sub-team.
- Formulate incentive schemes, recognition programs, and compensation adjustments aligned with AOP targets and individual contributions.
- Recommend employee bonus allocations and non-monetary rewards to drive high performance and retention.
Market Intelligence
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Use market insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth
