Key Responsibilities

    • Performance Strategy: Develop and implement performance management strategies to align with business goals.
    • System Management: Oversee the performance management system in coordination with HR, ensuring it is effective and up-to-date.
    • Employee Evaluation: Define the performance appraisal process, including setting performance metrics and evaluating employee performance.
    • Goal and Value Sheet Creation: Develop and maintain goal sheets and value sheets to track and assess employee performance against set objectives for all Sales across hierarchy and business segment.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior management and other departments to ensure performance management aligns with organizational objectives.
