JOB SUMMARY: Learn, practice and execute your skills in problem identification and resolution; work with field & cross functional teams across the country, Be the ‘go –to ‘person for senior management, OHs, RMs & other field stakeholder on EIM +EBA related Queries and support.

 

 Your key responsibilities are around developing & implementing strategies to recruit and Excel EIM channel in Max Life, building better recruitment/ sales funnel through consistent communication, tracking & dash boarding on Elite Insurance manage & jointly delivering the desired outcomes

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Lead Management of top agents
  • On boarding process management of PTA’s.
  • (payout Mgt. training, input traction, collaboration with sales /support Team)
  • Enablement initiative for PTA’s
  • Coordination with LPCs RMs, OH’s for better visibility on EIM piece & attend other intervention planned by RM & LPC.
  • Share update on EIM earnings, contest levels and share ideas to increase the number of qualifier for contest, help field in lifting their income by consistently sharing updates and opportunities available.
  • Consistently learn about new Process-MLI’s and competition stay updated with market development

Measures of Success:

 

-Increase recruitment & activation of EIM

- Achieve the Goal sheet provided at the start of the year

-Satisfactory & timely resolution of query received from field.

  • Ready to take challenges & open to participate in organization drives.

 

 

 

 

Desired qualification and experience: Bachelor’s degree of equivalent with minimum 8-10 Years relevant experience .
