JOB SUMMARY
  • Responsible for
    • Handling Overall MIS & Reporting for Distribution Functions
    • Periodical Review and Restructuring of Report
    • Handling of Various Adhocs & data analysis
    • Data Maintenance and Availability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Data mining and creation of error free reports for Presentation.
  • Create and maintain analytical tools to discover trends and track/analyze business performance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to facilitate management decision-making.
  • Coordination with Finance/IT and other departments for New requirement.
  • Improves existing reports, data and business processes & developing new reports as per requirements.
  • Drive automation and system initiatives for improved reporting and analysis of the channel.
  • Development and Implementation of Processes and ensuring adherence thereon.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA’s:

  • Should be a Graduate. Sound knowledge of MS-Office is preferable.
  • Should have MIS background, preferably in insurance industry or other Financial Market with a minimum experience of 5-6 years
  • Should be having good at Logical, Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team Management Skills
