JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for
- Handling Overall MIS & Reporting for Distribution Functions
- Periodical Review and Restructuring of Report
- Handling of Various Adhocs & data analysis
- Data Maintenance and Availability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Data mining and creation of error free reports for Presentation.
- Create and maintain analytical tools to discover trends and track/analyze business performance.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to facilitate management decision-making.
- Coordination with Finance/IT and other departments for New requirement.
- Improves existing reports, data and business processes & developing new reports as per requirements.
- Drive automation and system initiatives for improved reporting and analysis of the channel.
- Development and Implementation of Processes and ensuring adherence thereon.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA’s:
- Should be a Graduate. Sound knowledge of MS-Office is preferable.
- Should have MIS background, preferably in insurance industry or other Financial Market with a minimum experience of 5-6 years
- Should be having good at Logical, Analytical and problem solving skills
- Team Management Skills
