  • Review the Issued policy   of Term & Non Term/ POS/ GROUP on daily basis without any missed or Errors.
  • Publishing monthly Dashboards to the respective stakeholders
  • Highlighting the outages and sharing the data post careful assessment and validation with internal audit teams/Policy Issuance team 
  • Working in coordination with the Policy Issuance / production managers to improve the overall accuracy in decision making
  • Preparing and conducting monthly training/meetings updating activities under Governance framework
  • Assessment and evaluation in end to end closure of cases highlighted under Governance framework (Audit, Quality check etc)
  • Conduct trainings/case clinics /mentoring basis above observations and findings
  • Support in month end for Production Team.
  • Prepare Test cases and Manual testing for system Enhancement
  • Good excel basis analytical skills
