Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
Manage Surrender Retention : End to end management of surrenders & retentions along with team & supervisor.
Manage Overall Surrender Retention Communication & MIS: Need to ensure all communication pertaining to Surrender Retention should be adhere as per agreed SLA’s. All daily, weekly and monthly dashboards. Liasing with IT for automation of SR MIS & Reports
Compliance & Audit : Ensure regular audits and compliance check on processes prepared and followed
Data Analysis: Support with relevant MIS/ Data/ Dashboards across Channels on Key metrics. Ensure functional dashboards- daily, weekly and monthly . Support channels with relevant, customized, data & MIS – SLA adherence, mandate registration, Transaction status etc
Improve Retention: Effectively partner in Surrender projects to meet Surrender targets across all channels and durations Engage with key stakeholders including Channel Heads/ MNYL Distribution Heads / MLI Field (ZRM’s & ZO) etc.
Business partner Management: Effectively manage business partner to achieve the retention MOS.

Job Specifications:
Educational Background: Should be a graduate, preferably with a professional qualification.
Work Experience:
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with over 2
years in a supervisory role
Experience in Insurance /Financial Services / Telecom industry
Eligibility:
Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role
Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role
FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed atleast 12 months in the current role & have a minimum performance rating of G3M3
