JOB SUMMARY:
Knowledge of complete lifecycle of Group Product Customer Servicing & Compliance Processes:
- Responsible for Issuance & Servicing for Group Credit Life (GCL) & Group Term Life -Master Policy Issuance (GTL, MFI’s, Annuity).
- Responsible for Issuance the Renewal portfolio of GTL (Master Policy Holder’s)
- Sound Knowledge of Excel is Mandatory
- Responsible for working towards smooth audit & compliance.
- Customer Services Process (Surrender, POS & Customer Cancellation Refund)

- Ensure adherence to PPHI guidelines for Customer Servicing.
- Ensure and adherence to the TAT for Customer Servicing processes.
- Ensure adherence to Surrender & Customer cancellation refund TAT and due diligence checks on sample cases which will be refunded by Group operations team.
- Train and certify all customer servicing team in process and scripts to ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance to all requirements with superior customer experience.
- Engage regularly with business partners to monitor and improve performance.
- Ensure YOY reduction in grievances marked for member issuance errors and delays.
- Ensure tactical and structural changes to proactively improve accuracy.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 – 3 years of related experience
