JOB SUMMARY:

 

Knowledge of complete lifecycle of Group Product Customer Servicing & Compliance Processes:

 

  • Responsible for Issuance & Servicing for Group Credit Life (GCL) & Group Term Life -Master Policy Issuance (GTL, MFI’s, Annuity).
  • Responsible for Issuance the Renewal portfolio of GTL (Master Policy Holder’s)
  • Sound Knowledge of Excel is Mandatory
  • Responsible for working towards smooth audit & compliance.

 

 

 

  • Customer Services Process (Surrender, POS & Customer Cancellation Refund)

 

    • Ensure adherence to PPHI guidelines for Customer Servicing.
    • Ensure and adherence to the TAT for Customer Servicing processes.
    • Ensure adherence to Surrender & Customer cancellation refund TAT and due diligence checks on sample cases which will be refunded by Group operations team.
    • Train and certify all customer servicing team in process and scripts to ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance to all requirements with superior customer experience.
    • Engage regularly with business partners to monitor and improve performance.
    • Ensure YOY reduction in grievances marked for member issuance errors and delays.
    • Ensure tactical and structural changes to proactively improve accuracy.

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate

 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

 

  • At least 1 – 3 years of related experience
