Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Payout -  POS request processing
  • Coordination with business partner and ensure cases closed timely with accuracy
  • Daily WIP management to ensure TAT is adhered
  • Liaise with various departments at HO for smooth operations
  • Closure of HO actionable cases within the TAT
  • Processing of cases post due diligence checks
  • Refund approval tracking and governance MIS
  • MIS
  • NEFT rejection cases tracking and processing
  • NPS Detractors analysis and take corrective action plan to improve the process.
  • Data reconciliation, MIS/Dashboard Reporting
  • Analyzing the CEO-CXO Escalation/Service Grievance cases and identifying the key areas of improvement along with implementation.
  • Open audit points to be closed within timeline and ensure timely submission of self-identified issues.
  • Ensuring the timely response to on queries recd from mail and resolving the requests within defined timelines

 

Measure of Success:

  • TAT Adherence as per the Target on following Metrics – 72 Hrs-50%, Half SLA -95% and SLA-100%
  • Reduction  in PPHI
  • NPS Target - >76%
  • QC Score >99%
  • Timely reporting of Dashboard/MIS
  • Maintain proper tracking of WIP cases/NPS /Service Grievances/CEO-CXO Escalations.
  • Keep update on Audit Points and Timelines.
  • Timely SOP updation and maintenance

 

 

Desired qualifications and experience:

 

  • Should be a Graduate, preferably with Insurance background.
  • Good Knowledge of Ingenium Application.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in Insurance and automated reports run.

 

FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT

 

  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role.
  • Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role.

 

Knowledge and skills required:

 

  • Exposure to quality tools and processes
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong adaptability and Problem solving skills
  • Expertise in Excel/formulas.
