Sharing Lead’s update by identifying sales opportunities through Book of business and promote cross sale of products.
Provide Sales training, technical support on sales concept like Business Insurance, NRI etc through sessions.
Attend Field in bound calls from RAs, CMs, CRMSs &above and give technical and sales/data support to them on products (both current and products sold earlier), competition and resolve any queries regarding in-force policies.
Assist Emerging markets to sell better by providing product knowledge, sales ideas, information on Company, Fund performance, Bonuses etc. in Protection line of business.
Make calls to Agents and invite them to Offices for attending training program and any other intervention planned by Office and LPC.
Share update of RAs and L1 Earning, Contests and share ideas to qualify for contests, lift their income by consistently sharing updates and opportunities available, thus keeping CMs focused on Cross Sell and Protection business.
Consistently learnabout newproducts- MLI’s and competitions. Stay abreast with market developments.
