The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Onboarding process of new business issuance. This includes strategy and proposals for quality onboarding including automation and digitization of processes for faster issuance along with higher customer experience leading to better persistency and renewals. This job shall include implementing comprehensive onboarding programs, liaising with cross functional teams and strong understanding of competition/peer onboarding processes.
Key Actionable
Tracking quality sourcing of new business
Work closely on reports automation and digitization of processes and new recommendations
Responsible for highlighting Early warning indicators which impacts the journey for seller and customer
Analyzing data to identify the problem and impact of implemented solutions
Tracking MOS (measure of success) for the new initiatives and recommend changes or modifications in processes/ journey basis MOS
Drive initiatives and collaborate to empower various interdepartmental teams like IT, Tech, BPMA and within department
Program manage all initiatives and highlight the roadblocks/deviations/raise red flags wherever required
Evaluate existing processes and work on gaps by cross functional collaboration.
Coordinate with cross functional teams for various initiatives for timely tracking and closure

Contribution in implementing various initiatives and their output tracking.

Key competencies/skills required
Must have a minimum of 6-7 years’ experience in the customer onboarding journey department. Understanding of systems, processes and functions

Excellent in communication and presentation
Good PR skills and able to get the work done from other depts.
