KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Work closely with the Key Account manager to

  • Ensure Channel partner week wise engagement drive as defined in the monthly calendar for all 5 channels. Ensuring Month planning, road-map for the month etc
  • Manage comprehensive and quality input decks for Channel partner monthly and weekly reviews- Region wise /segment wise in-depth analysis to drive business
  • Setting up Internal governance rhythm, review decks , other in-depth analysis to drive MLI business and ensuring OA share
  • Proactively ensuring region/segment wise inputs to Business head and develop strategies to drive Sales, ensuring persistency and other quality vectors
  • Collaborate with Regional heads and segment managers to align central strategy and other efforts to improve on sales and other quality vectors. Provide support and inputs as and when required
  • Other marketing/Sales excellence initiatives for the month
