Manage comprehensive and quality input decks for Channel partner monthly and weekly reviews- Region wise /segment wise in-depth analysis to drive business
Setting up Internal governance rhythm, review decks , other in-depth analysis to drive MLI business and ensuring OA share
Proactively ensuring region/segment wise inputs to Business head and develop strategies to drive Sales, ensuring persistency and other quality vectors
Collaborate with Regional heads and segment managers to align central strategy and other efforts to improve on sales and other quality vectors. Provide support and inputs as and when required
Other marketing/Sales excellence initiatives for the month
