Job Summary
The Senior Manager – Business Intelligence & Analytics is responsible for:
Data Strategy: Develop and implement data strategies.
Analytics: Create analytical models and reports.
Collaboration: Work with senior leadership and stakeholders from internal / other departments.
Project Management: Plan and execute BI projects.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and metrics.
Compliance: Ensure data practices comply with regulations and maintain data security.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Data Strategies: Create and implement data strategies to support business goals.
Lead Analytics: Develop analytical models and generate reports to provide business insights.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with senior leadership and internal / other departments to meet Channels’s data needs with complete maker and checker before MIS release.
Execute Projects: Plan and manage BI projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to evaluate business strategies.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain data security and ensure all practices comply with relevant regulations.

Desired qualification and experience
Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream), MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, preferably in the life insurance sector.
