KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Analysis and in-sighting of current situation (internal and market) to   derive relevant trends.
  • Support decision making by providing detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance on a weekly basis.
  • Data analytics for management support and decision making through early warning signals/lead indicator reports.
  • Perform productivity analysis across channels & cohorts to recommend improvement areas.
  • Evaluate and report actual versus planned outcomes around key strategic bets/business vectors.
  • Monitor variable compensation design adherence to budgets and efficacy.
  • Carry out comprehensive and timely business planning projections analysis to share insights with the management.
  • Conceptualize, design and improve reporting mechanisms / dashboards / Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management 
  • Develop analytical capabilities with support functions for assessing contest efficacy within approved Cost and Time Budgets
  • Perform minimum Performance standards analysis and recommend next steps to the stakeholders.
  • Support in preparation for Board Meetings, MBR /Distribution meets and other Presentations as per requirement.

  • Accuracy of business forecasts
  • Insights on relevant business levers at channel and zone level
  • Effectiveness of the sales incentive schemes
  • Consistency & Timeliness as per schedule for Dashboard publishing
  • Quality of Dashboards / reports conceptualized under Performance framework.
  • Work as per Projects/Initiative/Forum timelines.
  • Coordination and relationship within and outside the function

 

Minimum/Specific Experience

  • 8 Yrs of relevant experience
  • MBA / CA / Postgraduate
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Cross – functional exposure
  • Understanding of IT tools/automation techniques
  • Preference for candidates with exposure to P&L management
