Fostering a compliant culture in the organization by continuous reiteration on AML and other compliance requirements by driving a structured awareness campaign across the organization
Review and dissemination of the compliance related policies as well as SOPs subject to changes in guidelines issued by IRDAI from time to time.
Ensuring adequate implementation and adherence of compliance processes/ by all relevant stakeholders.
Publish weekly and monthly update/MIS/dashboard to relevant stakeholders/management
Filing of IRDAI and other regulatory reporting through coordination from various departments.
Creating a structured, customized Compliance training program for all new joiners and ensuring refresher training once a year for all Axis Max Life employees.
Carry out industry benchmarking and best practices to support business and other functions from compliance advisory point.
