To create and manage the entire content, roll out as per the requirements of stakeholders and business in addition to ongoing monitoring and update of new and existing content developed
Work closely with the stakeholders to create impactful content comprising of ILT, VILT, Faculty Guide, Learner Guide, AV’s as per the need of the stakeholder or defined learning journeys for different roles
Be proficient in application of learning strategy for content development like ADDIE model, Gagne’s Nine Event etc
Conduct TTTs for all training content created.
Coming up with innovative ideas to create content keeping in mind the learning approach and preferences of today’s learners
Ensure timely delivery of the content with high standards
Work with channel representatives / stakeholders to ensure timely rollout of initiatives
Manage vendors for development of content
Ensure relevance of content created by seeking regular feedback from the trainers, Traing Supervisors, sales counterparts and conducting field insighting through field visits and meetings with sales people
