Desired qualification and experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, systems management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in life insurance or financial services industry preferred.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end system implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies preferred.
Strong understanding of system integration, testing, and validation processes.
Experience with business process modelling and wireframing tools.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the life insurance sector.
