Preparation/Reviewing the BRD and FSD for functionalities to be build

Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality against requirements
Ensure that solutions meet business needs and validate system functionality.
Knowledge transfer - Repository creation and management as per plan
Conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues
Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback on system performance and usability post-implementation.
Collect feedback post-implementation to identify areas for further enhancement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements

Desired qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology. Preferably with a professional qualification.
Knowledge of Life Insurance domain also have knowledge on audit & compliance guideline, preferred.
Must have knowledge of Ingenium is & experience in systems analysis, or a related field.
Must have a minimum of 7- 15 years in Insurance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
