JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible managing transformation projects across FLG. This role will also be responsible for implementing processes, building project management capability, metrics & reporting. |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Measures of Success PLANNING 1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management2. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project3. Determine the resources required to complete the project4. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required5. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completionIMPLEMENT 1. Execute the project according to the project plan2. Develop forms and records to document project activities3. Set up repository to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured for corporate memory4. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projectCOMMUNICATION 1. Prepare reports / presentation on the project for management2. Publish periodic updates to management / relevant stakeholders3. Take corrective action to address deviations in consultation with relevant stake holdersKey Relationships (Internal /External) Internal: All leadership in FLG, EMC, PMO, Vertical Leads External: All Business user groups, Information Security team, Enterprise Risk Management, Finance & Procurement Key competencies/skills required Effective Communication: Excellent communication and coaching skills Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional teams. Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management skills Organized – Detail oriented with ability to identify priorities. Desired qualification and experience
