Key Actionable
Will be responsible for surrender and FLC retention by close coordination with branch ops, distribution and call center teams.
Tight monitoring of daily surrender, FLC inflow at branches, call center/ website and track key metrics.
Regular meetings and visits to distribution and branch ops team and drive retention
Driving Autopay/ ECS winback to improve the flow as well as stock registration
Responsible for highlighting early warning indicators which impacts the surrender and FLC inflow/ outflow
Analyze data to establish the problem RCA and report on efficacy of implemented solutions.
Drive initiatives in line with company strategy to empower various interdepartmental teams like IT, AI/ Analytics and within department
Collaborate with various stake holders like IT/ MIS to ensure timely delivery of and completion of various initiatives
Consistent follow up on initiatives launched to ensure 100% desired outcome
Make necessary improvements in the processes to improve process efficiency, reduce cost, improve turnaround time, etc.
Measures of Success
Improvement in surrender, FLC and ECS retention rates
Reduction in Surrender to AUM ratio
Improvement in autopay registration in both flow and stock
