Job Summary:

Increase Established Agent Advisor Retention & productivity in zone.

  • Develop relationship with the Top Performing AA’s  in zone to enhance agent retention
  • Drive Cross Sell to leverage the existing customer base through overall cross sell initiative and campaigns.
  • Leverage Business Insurance to improve productivity.
  • Drive the agency for recognition and rewards platform
  • Drive EC agents for council and MDRT recognitions.

 

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables

 

1.Monitor the productivity of established class agents in the zone

2.  Track competition on products, infrastructure and initiatives.

3. Handhold, develop and supervise regional LPC resources to meet the business plan.

4. Collaborate with the OHs for Agent Retention and productivity

5. Own implementation and successful execution of all National and Regional level initiatives for EC Agent Advisors in the zone.

6. Ensure optimum Utilization of Manpower by coaching and mentoring regional LPC teams.

7. Regular TNI for EC Agent Advisor constituency to cater to changing business needs in line with financial goals.

8. Tracking performance of each EC Agent Advisor to identify productivity-limiting gaps and support corrective action, through training.

 

 

Measures of Success:

 

1.     Achieve Adj MFYP target of EC class of Zone.

2.     Achieve EC Class productivity and growth targets

3.     Achieve Adj MFYP – Business Insurance

4.     Achieve MDRT/EC/CEO Council Targets

 

 

Job Specifications:

  • Preferably a post graduate
  • At least  15 years of experience in Sales
  • Experience of handling Distribution Channels.
