JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for cascading training programs across the Zone, addressing requirements specific to zone and at overall MaxLife.

 

 

Job Summary:

 

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting Induction for Operations Team, Monthly Calendarization and execution of training delivery, Management Development programs for middle management roles.

 

Accountabilities & Activities:

 

The Training manager –  will have complete ownership of the cascading & delivery process in the Region & his/her role will encompass the following:

 

  • Conducting Induction and continuous development Programs for Front Line Operations team.
  • Deliver specialized training interventions.
  • Comprehension of business challenges.
  • Track trainee’s progress on key deliverables.
  • Conduct periodic knowledge checks through online assessments.
  • Visit offices for insights and identify trainee’s development needs.
  • Strategize and share an action plan for their development.
  • Publish trainees progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyse and maintain track of self- performance on key vectors.
  • Track trainee’s progress on attending self-learning modules and office skill builders.

 

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: 

 

  1. 4-6 years’ experience, with 2-4 years in Training delivery especially NBFC.
  2. MBA /Post Graduate
  3. Experience in Sales/Operations is desirable.
  4. Industry – NBFC, Banking and FMCG
  5. Should be currently in a Training delivery role.
