Job Title: MIS & Analytics– Emerging Channels

Function: Distribution – Axis Bank Channel

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

Reports To: Prateek Jain

Role Summary

The role is responsible for owning the end-to-end MIS, advanced analytics, and performance tracking of emerging channel initiatives, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights for business leaders. The position requires strong analytical acumen and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Management & Reporting

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly Emerging Channels performance reports for the Axis Bank channel.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and timely publishing of sales MIS, KPI dashboards and critical business health metrics.
• Maintain a central performance repository and ensure audit readiness with clear documentation.

2. Analytics & Insights

• Support business heads with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.

• Track performance of new initiatives
• Present insights and dashboards to senior leadership with clear narratives and actionable takeaways.

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in building dashboards and automated MIS

Experience Requirement

• 2–7 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, or sales analytics roles.
• Experience in BFSI/insurance distribution analytics preferred.
• Exposure to partner-led models or bancassurance channels is a strong plus.
