Function Summary

The incumbent has to be self- starter, motivated to hunt, build and deliver new partnerships which will be instrumental in the success of the organization. Implement the strategy to setup and develop Broking channel in the designated territory. Manage a pool of 8-10 branches of partner and managing revenue from these set of branches.

Implement strategies to develop Broking channel

 

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:

 

    • Identify potential leads and sources for prospective customers
    • Connect with respective branches of these partners & organize training for employees and channel partners
    • Generate leads through joint calls along with partner employee/sub partner
    • Ensure quality business is sourced from the branches/sub partners of the partner
    • Ensure contracting of Partner with Max Life for process / Products / Technology
    • Develop understanding of products & coach staff on product USP’s
    • Ensure Product mix and control leakage and persistency
    • Extending external networks with Key insurance distributors across in partner branches and increasing MLI wallet share

Proactive distribution engagement with decision makers for running effective operations in business partnership

    •  Adj MFYP (Rs.) - Plan v/s Actuals
    • Customer Score: Quality
    • 13th month Persistency (%)
    • GIR
