KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•           Business Planning – Prepare Business Plan & Presentation as part of Strategic Planning Process and on-going basis

•           Monthly, Quarterly Sales Target Allocation to Field Teams

•           Collaborate with Business Head & Account Management Head to co-create Business Strategy for Channel

•           Prepare and roll out Incentive Scheme for Sales Team

•           R&R management for the channel

•           OPEX and P&L Mgt. for channel along with Business Head

•           MBR Deck & Other presentations

•           Business Analytics & Insights for Channel

•           Enable Account Heads with relevant Data, Presentations, Insights

•           Business enablement through getting work done by Marketing, Products, DCC, Digital, FPA, Ops, U/w, Claims Legal & Compliance

•           Project Management for Projects undertaken by the channel

•           Lead Digitalization of GCL Business

•           Partner Payouts & Recon

•           Partner with Account Managers to manage OA through innovation, change management & strategic initiatives

•           Managing internal functions customers - Actuarial, Finance, Digital, etc. to get work done

 

                MEASURE OF SUCCESS:

•              Business plan presented during SPP, deployment of business plan

•              Feedback from Account Heads & Zone Heads of GCL Business

•              Quality of enablement support provided to sales team, feedback from Sales Team and other internal stakeholders

•              Accurate and timely reporting of progress on key project milestones

•              Quality of Insights shared & Analytics support provided to Business

•              Drive efficiencies & cost mgt. to maintain profit margin for the organization.
