Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Oversee the collection, storage, and management of critical data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, and develop data models and reports.
Lead data analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Develop and manage management presentations (PPTs) for executive meetings, board presentations, and other strategic communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Develop and implement business plan based on annual target set for BB channel
Support in preparation of for Management presentations & manage ad-hoc data requirements
Conceptualize, design and improve Templates for New Dashboards/ Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management & Ensure timely and effective Performance Management Analytics
Understanding data/report needs of Sales Channels and key Strategic Initiatives
Data analytics for management support and decision making through early warning signals/lead indicator reports
Collaborate with PD Team on contest and payout designs
Competition analysis planning to maximize market share
All visibility related initiatives – Campaign EDMs, highlighting performers, other initiatives highlights etc
Measure of Success:-
Consistency & Timeliness as per schedule for Dashboard publishing
Quality of Dashboards / reports conceptualized under Performance framework
