The incumbent has to be self- starter, motivated to hunt, build and deliver new partnerships which will be instrumental in the success of the organization. Implement the strategy to setup and develop Brocking channel in the designated territory. Manage a pool of 80-100 branches of partner and managing revenue from these set of branches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To identify potential distributor in BROCA space, in line with channel strategy for profitable growth /successful on boarding & launch of partners
Lead a team of AMs motivate, coach, mentor and train them and drive business performance as per the defined PMS
Design and implement field choreography and take corrective measures where-ever necessary
Connect with respective branches of these partners and organize training for partners.
Generate leads through joint calls along with partner employee/sub partners
Ensure quality business is sourced from the branches/sub partners of the partners
Growing MLI wallet/ counter share in each branch
Ensure product Mix and control leakage
Gather, report and communicate Partner’s feedback on service, technology and product delivery
Keep leadership abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Extending external networks with Key insurance distributors across in partner branches and increasing MLI wallet share
Implement a performance management and rewards system
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Proactively identifies, approaches and enhances strong relationship with key executives, decision makers and influencers for share of MLI Products
MEETING FOLLOW-UP: Working with key influencers & meticulous follow-up for deal closures
PERSISTENCY- Proactively drive product mix with right kind of selling to build persistency on long term basis
TEAM HANDLING – Lead a team of Area Managers and motivate, mentor, coach and train them
