Developing relationship with the AA’s to enhance NRI insurance contribution
Driving Cross Sell to leverage the existing NRI customer base for life insurance
Leveraging Channels (LPC, AAP & CEIP) to drive productivity and growth
Leveraging L&D function to drive active current class Agents
Driving the agency for recognition and rewards platform
Driving them for council and MDRT recognitions
Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
Establish and develop relationships with Agents, Managing Partner, Associate Partners, and ADMs and strategize about how to drive sales within the available product range and territory.
Identify, educate, train and support ADMs and AAs especially current class and prior class and be reactive to their needs.
Identify and maintain a list of 25-50 focus agents/ and ADMs and above who are willing and able to increase productivity by prospecting for NRI insurance.
Develop Ad hoc presentation explaining selling related concepts.
Develop presentation skills and product expertise in order to educate and motivate agent and field management on their product line with Sales Stories and NRI insurance (includes industry training and conference)
Hold workshops & seminars.
Support agent by collecting and communicating product competitiveness data
